2026 Focus Workshop
2026 Focus Workshop December 30th either 3:30p-5 or 5:30p-7. No registration required.

As the Winter Solstice calls us to release and welcome transformation, 2026 leads us in a new direction. What do you seek for 2026? What are your hopes? The session will include guidance towards how to pick a focus word or phrase for the new year, self reflection for individual choice and some strategies for how to maintain focus throughout the year.
