In our new monthly somatic reset, somatic movement practitioner and yoga guide, Lucy, holds a deeply nourishing space for you to develop your own practice of somatic 'self-enquiry'. Self-enquiry is a way to sustain your focus on how your body and mind truly feel in the present, resolving pent-up stress, emotion, and restrictive movement patterns for a more attuned life. This is for those who would benefit from being guided to develop a deeper connection with the way they are feeling - in both body and mind - and the opportunity to really attend to those feelings. The workshop begins with gentle movement, with a different embodiment focus each month, moving to a somatic nidra in which Lucy will guide you to a place of deep connection with yourself. On a Sunday afternoon, these workshops will be mellow, tranquil and cosy.
