Farm to Table Yoga

Join us for an immersive winter yoga experience at Orchard Ridge Farm. Book Farm-to-Fire Yoga and enjoy an invigorating 45-minute outdoor yoga flow, then gather by the fire for soup, salad, and a warm seasonal beverage. Dress cozy, breathe deep, and embrace the magic of Maine’s winter wellness.

For those who want a little extra fiery magic, the Too Haute Sauna will be on site from 9:30am–3:30pm. Community sauna sessions can be booked ahead by texting 207-838- 4718.

About Orchard Ridge Farm

Orchard Ridge Farm is a family owned u-pick orchard, with a year round farm market and cafe, and community gathering space.

Owned and operated by two generations of women, Orchard ridge invites the community and traveler’s to enjoy nature year-round by providing an environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all.

Guests are welcomed to visit the farm by walking the trails, visiting the animals, shopping in our market, enjoying a tast meals, or just popping by to say hello!

There are both indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and socialize or dine. Bagels are baked fresh daily and their is a full menu of espresso products.

Info: The first 45 minute of class will include a gentle, all-levels yoga class in the fields or in the hoop house depending on weather. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get started on time!

Info: The last half hour of this event will be time to reintegrate after our you class and will include tasty treats with like-minded yogis sourced from the Orchard Ridge and other local farms!
