Traill's Pass (altitude 5,300 metres/17,400 ft) is a mountain pass through the Himalayas located between Nanda Devi and Nanda Kot peaks, in the districts of Pithoragarh and Bageshwar in Uttarakhand state, India. The pass is situated at the end of Pindari glacier and links Pindari valley to Milam Valley

Day 1 : Khati 2210 meters altitude
Day 2 : Khati to Dwali camp, 5to 6 hours treak Altitude 2800 meters
Day 3 : Dwali camp to Traill’s pass base camp. Overnight stay. 5-6 hours treak maximum altitude 3800 metres
Day 4 : Rest day / Acclimatisation day
Day 5 : Traill’s pass advance base camp. 6-7 hours trek. Altitude 4500 meters
Day 6 : Rest day / Acclimatisation day
Day 7 : Advance base camp to camp 1. 6-7 hours trek (200 meters rappelling ) Altitude 5320 meters
Day 8 : camp 1 to camp 2(cross glacier) 5-6 hours ice trek. Altitude 5310 metres
Day 9 : Cross traill’s pass. 5310 metres ( 500 metres rappelling ) the veally of Nanda devi east base camp. Reach Moren camp sight
Day 10 : Moren camp sight to Rata Danthal. 5-6 hours trek
Day 11 : Rata Danthal to martoli village 5-6 hours trek
Day 12 : Martoli village to Bagudiyar. 5-6 hours trek
Day 13 : Bagudiyar to Munshiyari
