Hurrah and huzzah, the Ashes is back at the Old George, once again on the Bank Holiday weekend to boot! With lovely landlords, John and Rosie, splendid pub, big children's play area, great beer and food, wonderful cafe, and even the lovely hot showers, we really couldn't be happier. Yes, it is still in the north, but we really feel like we have given you more southern types a jolly good run :) There will be the traditional firepit, so please please bring along any wood you may have. You are very welcome to arrive on the Thursday to camp up after 2pm. For those of you buying tickets in advance, please come to the marquee on arrival to collect your wristbands.

Ashes Monday will bring you a live rendition of On the Viking Station.
Food and drinks were excellent last year, and we'll let you know details of what is to be available nearer the time.
Tickets are now on sale on our website, weekend ticket include full camping, day tickets include one night's camping. No EHUs. Did we mention the showers though?
