To park closer to the playground area, turn right on W. Goodyear Blvd. North and then right on W. Sherman St. There is another parking area.
🌿 A Peaceful Gathering to Celebrate Learning in Freedom
While the rest of the world heads back to school, we’re celebrating the joy of learning without walls, bell schedules, or homework packets. Whether you're homeschooling, unschooling, worldschooling—or just exploring peaceful alternatives—**you’re invited to our first annual Not Back to School Picnic Party!**
This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are event to connect with other families who value curiosity, connection, and child-led learning.
🧺 What to Expect:
* A casual, family-friendly outdoor picnic
* Shady ramadas and open grassy areas for relaxing and connecting
* Playgrounds and open space for kids to explore
* A chance to meet like-minded families and make new friends
* Info about upcoming field trips, meetups, and community events
**Bring your own picnic lunch**, picnic blanket or chairs, and anything you’d like to make yourself comfortable. No potluck, no program—just people gathering peacefully to celebrate the start of a new season of freedom-based education.
