A shared meal can change a day. Right now, many people are doing it tough. In recent years, more Australians have been reaching out because they cannot afford housing, and each month over ten thousand people are already without a home when they first seek support. This day is about dignity, warmth, and community.

👉Good food, kind conversation, and a space where everyone feels seen. Your presence helps turn a public place into a place of welcome.
How you can help
Serve meals. Sit and chat. Lend a hand with set up and pack down. There is a role for everyone. Families are welcome and kids can help with simple jobs.
What we are collecting
Non perishable food. New underwear. Socks. Toiletries. Blankets. Beanies. ... We’ll share call-outs for items closer to the date.
Come as you are. Guest, volunteer, or supporter, your presence matters.
