Plane Pull Charity/Fundraiser

Time: 10am-4pm
Location: Santa Barbara Airport, Atlantic Aviation Hangar/Gate 2

Needed:
Costumed Performers for:
-Costumed “Characters” for the opening plane pull
-Photo Ops with the Plane and Pull teams before/after each pull
-Lightsaber Training
-Photo Ops for the Winners Ceremony
-“Gate Security” (Mandos OK/Stormtroopers preferred)

Wanted:
-Stormtroopers
-Droidsmiths/Droids
-Star Tours Flight Attendants
-Aliens
-Aliens
-More Aliens

Important Details:
-The event will be partially outside on the airport tarmac for the Plane Pull, and
partially indoors in the Atlantic Aviation Hangar (Festival Area).
-The Atlantic Aviation Conference Room will be available as a Break Room/Green Room/Staging Area.
-Food Vendors will be available onsite, and water/snacks will be provided either by Alpha Resource or NHCA.

**MUST CONFIRM VOLUNTEERS AND EVENTS NO LATER THAN 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT TO ENSURE SECURITY/TSA CLEARANCE**

PLEASE VOLUNTEER as early as possible. (Full Shifts preferred, partial shifts can be worked with!!!)

If you know ANYONE who fits what we need/want, who may not yet be a Fringers, please recruit them!!!
