Terp Pilates: The Basics by Joel Willis

On November 13th, we will have Joel Willis to present: “Terp Pilates: The Basics"

Pilates is a renowned fitness and rehabilitation method that has continued to gain following over the decades. During this workshop we explore the foundations and history of this method as well seek to make practical application of the pilates to the field of interpreting. The presentation will allow for slow paced active participation and offer multiple modifications so that interpreters of varying fitness levels can benefit.
