What to expect:

A two-hour workshop hosted by Tim, Valkyrie’s Strongman & Functional Fitness Coach.

“Strongman” is a sport dedicated to lifting the HEAVIEST weight possible… tyres and boulders included! Test your strength in the home of the south east’s strongman competitions 💪🏼

After showing off with your muscles, CrossFit will get the heart pumping with a workout tailored to show you the ropes (literally) of some popular functional exercises. 🏋🏻‍♂️

After the workshop, feel free to stick around for brunch at the local cafe with me!
