Let the Light In Workshops - Spring Series

These workshops will be hosted at Surrey Holistic, Godalming, and are designed to honour the turning of the seasons.

Spring is a glorious time of renewal, re-emergence after winter, and a return of the light. To honour this season, Kelly and Amy weave together yoga and meditation to help you:

• relax into the new season and release what no longer serves you
• find presence with a dynamic yoga class to get the blood flowing, followed by a grounding meditation and cacao ceremony
• journal your way into deeper self-awareness
• open to your voice, your body and your light

By combining yoga, heart-opening cacao, stillness, journaling and vibrational sound healing, we will guide you through a holistic journey of mind–body–spirit integration.
