Written a verse, a chorus, a couple of catchy lines, but don’t know where to go next? Got loads of ideas but few finished songs?

Gloucester Folk Trail 2026’s Songwriting Workshop is all about writing strategies to finish the song ideas you have.

11.30am on Saturday 14th February 2026 at The Folk of Gloucester

Led by Jim Rowley and hosted by Gloucester Songwriters’ Circle.

This will be a practical session with the aim of giving everyone something to go away with that they can continue to work on. Please bring pen and paper. If you have an instrument, this would also be useful (but by no means essential).
