About this Event

On Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th September Voices Gloucester is hosting Scriptorium Sessions at Blackfriars with our friends at Gloucester History Festival.

Sarah Goddard is a sight-impaired mixed-media artist and writer who created a brilliant podcast series investigating experiences of sight loss in Gloucestershire in the 19th and 20th centuries through drama, discussion and lived experience. Sarah will be talking with Community and Heritage Officer John Putley, to share the challenges of blending historical fact with storytelling fiction.

We have 30 places for this event bookable in advance, and 20 walk ins on the day - book your free tickets here.
