Every Curious Kids answers a real question from a real curious kid!
❄️ Our December question is: How do reindeer survive winter in the Arctic? 🦌
All children are naturally curious and full of amazing questions about the world around them. Curious Kids brings those questions to life through hands-on science and creative fun! Each Curious Kids we explore one big question together. Children take part in their own hands-on experiments or activities to help find the answer, make themed crafts to embed their learning, and have lots of fun!
When you arrive, you’ll find three themed activities set up for your curious kid to explore at their own pace — for example, a sensory tray (like a “sensory pond”) and two craft activities. This relaxed start gives children time to settle in, explore, and build confidence in their new surroundings before we come together as a group. Once everyone’s arrived, we’ll have a quick hello and split into two age groups. Each group takes turns investigating the week’s question through a hands-on science activity or experiment, while the other group enjoys the crafts and sensory tray. We finish every session with a themed physical activity — often using our parachute — and a story to bring it all together.
Sessions are run by Hannah, a former primary school teacher, science nerd and mum. I love to dress up, and you’ll often find me in an outfit to match our question of the day. You’re always very welcome to join me and dress up too!
Before each Curious Kids session, I’ll email you details about what to expect, including a little sneak peek and a dressing-up suggestion for you and your curious kid.
Tickets cost £14.50, and I offer a 30% discount for additional siblings tickets.
I cannot wait to explore with you!
