Ready to take the next step with your riding? FOD Flow is designed to help you ride with more control, flow, and confidence as you move onto red graded trails.
🎯 Course Overview
This session builds on the skills taught in Finding Your Feet: Core Skills (Level 1).
Already comfortable riding blue trails? You’re welcome to book straight onto this level.
This is a half-day coaching session packed with expert instruction, practical trail time, video analysis — and plenty of fun on the trails.

🔧 Skills Covered
This session focuses on the techniques needed to ride red trails smoothly and confidently:
✔️ Cornering (including berms)
✔️ Weight shift techniques
✔️ Effective braking
✔️ Pumping the trail
✔️ Drop-offs & small drops
✔️ Line choice

📍 Location: Pedalabikeaway
⏰ Time: 9:30am – 12:30pm (please be ready to ride by 9:15am)
⏳ Duration: 3 hours
👥 Group Size: Max 6 riders
🎓 Coach: British Cycling–qualified MTB coach
👤 Age Requirements
Adults (18+)
16–18 year olds welcome when accompanied by a participating adult
👉 Perfect for riders ready to progress, ride faster, and feel more confident on red trails.
Spaces are limited to keep coaching focused and effective.
