Family Yoga

Come explore yoga together! Have fun with movement and play as you become more aware of your body and breath. Participants will learn partner poses and breathing techniques that foster relaxation, strength, and flexibility. This registration is for non-members only. Existing YMCA members are not required to register, and can view current and future family fitness offerings at www.northshoreymca.org/schedules. Participants under age 11 must be accompanied by an adult. FREE and open to the community.
