Autumn Women's Gathering

Autumn Women's Gathering:

Join me as the nights draw in for community, connection, laughter, poetry, mindfulness, the sharing of stories, thoughts, experiences, hopes, dreams, aspirations etc.

⭕️ A friendly, nurturing space to sit with other women, to listen, to share, to drink a tea together every 2 months. All ages welcome if you are 18+ years old.

⭕️ My gathering/circle will offer connection, community, positivity, empathy, the opportunity to speak if you wish and to be listened to. There may be a few tears, there definitely will be laughter. There is no obligation to talk.

⭕️ We will open with poetry readings, breathwork and a holistic well-being practice, then I will introduce our discussion theme (which we don't have to rigidly follow, the conversation will flow as it wishes to flow). I will provide some journal prompts and oracle cards before we close with a final poetry reading.

✨ Examples of holistic well-being practices include: meditation, body scan, breathwork, crystals, gratitude, intentions, positive affirmations.

📚 THEME: A Female Quote (from a book, newspaper, magazine etc) which you identify with.

🫖 My time is free, the cost is to cover the venue and beverages.

🌀 Recommendations ~ What to bring:

A cushion to sit on and a poncho, shawl or blanket to keep you cosy. Warm socks or slippers.

A pen and journal for if you wish to write down any thoughts at the end of circle. Sometimes we might Gratitude Journal or set Intentions or Write Affirmation Statements at the start of Circle.

Please do bring along a favourite crystal, photo, trinket, ornament, candle, flower, piece of rock or wood for the centre piece.

~We attend our Gathering/Circle without judgement.

~We are respectful and don't interrupt whilst someone is speaking.

~Everything discussed in our Gathering/Circle is kept within the confines of the group; private and confidential. This enables us to build trust and feel able to share, should we wish to do so.

~There is no hierarchy or competition amongst our Gsthering/Circle participants.
