WHY? To celebrate these AMAZING FEMALE ROCK SUPERSTARS OF THE USA for July 4th/Independence Day week. We'll learn about their lives, the musicians that inspired them and ROCK THEIR MUSIC in complete creative collaboration with a healthy touch of friendly competition😎
COST? $30/day ($75/three days) Registration Fee: $10/camp ($25/year) includes all supplies, food, snacks, crafts, costumes and songbook.

DAILY SCHEDULE
12pm: LISTEN, LUNCH & LEARN We'll listen to songs, watch interviews and stories while sampling our favorite singers' favorite foods (and the foods they write about in their songs!)
1pm: SING, DANCE, RUN We'll Get the Party Started, Run the World (well, the back yard!) and Shake it Off exercising our bodies and freeing our minds using scarves, props, percussive instruments and learning choreographed routines to later perform.
2pm: INSTRUMENTS IN A ROUND Kids will be introduced to every instrument in the studio and aROUND the room, TAKING TURNS & SHARING the pianos, organ, guitars, ukuleles and drums playing along to songs with diverse styles, rhythms, chords, keys, tones.
3pm: KIDS BAND Singing & Songwriting: With songbooks in hand, kids will read/learn/sing lyrics and write their own tunes!
4pm: ARTS & CRAFTS costumes, instruments and set-design inspired by our favorite songs, singers & performances
5pm: PERFORMANCE
Community Rocks Corp. 501c3 non-profit organization that celebrates, educates & empowers youth and community through music, arts, wellness & give back. Our programs provide creative, active & positive outlets that foster community, celebrate culture, nurture wellness and promote play. Partnering with local businesses and organizations we work tirelessly to provide programs and events at low or no cost to participants and offer year-round scholarship opportunities.
