Glossop Cinema Club Presents: The Quick & The Dead (1995) at The Globe, Glossop

Celebrating its 30th anniversary, this quirky Western from cult filmmaker Sam Raimi (Spiderman, The Evil Dead) is a barnstorming, crowd-pleasing ride of inventive shoot-outs and edge-of-your-seat thrills.

Starring Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct), the late, great Gene Hackman (The French Connection), Russell Crowe (Gladiator), and a young Leonardo DiCaprio (Django Unchained), with a phenomenal supporting cast of acclaimed character actors such as Lance Henriksen (The Terminator), Gary Sinise (Forrest Gump), and Keith David (They Live) to name a few!

Alongside the film there'll be the usual shenanigans from Glossop Cinema Club, an intro, short films, prizes, and more.
