ALBAN ARTHAN…..WELCOMING THE WINTER SOLSTICE
The Winter Solstice honors the return of the Light…..we have held witness to the Darkness and the Dark Night of the Soul, but now is the time to awaken again…..gently.
This beautiful seed of light is born in the Womb of Mother Earth and the natural world begins to breathe again.
The rebirth of the Sun is near…..but it also our period of stillness, reflection……to be in our Caves with our seeds for the future, a time of nurture, self care and preparation.
So we gather together at this Ancient Celtic Festival to honor not just the return of the light, but ourselves ….our rebirth
We welcome our ancestors and spirit teachers to guide us on this journey…..we are seekers of freedom, peace and vision, not just for ourselves, but for all life, together we can bring change.
Let us celebrate together through community and the heartbeat of the drum.
