join lauren (bhakti shakti flow) and helen (unfurl journeys with sound) for a nourishing 2 hr morning retreat of stillness and sound 🎶💫🧘🏻‍♀️🌿🕯️🫧

🌿 root down into the grounding energy of the earth. this practice invites you to settle into stillness ~ to feel held, supported, and safe. find stillness within and create space for rest and renewal. slow down in quiet sanctuary and allow the breath to anchor you deeply to the present moment 🧘🏻‍♀️

begin with a deeply nurturing yin and restorative practice to support mind, body, and soul ~ a meditative journey into expansive stillness and inner healing 🫧

🎶 you’ll then be held in helen’s soothing soundscape, as she takes you on a sensory trail to unwind, open and release like ferns unfurling in nature. let this unfurling nourish your nervous system and support you deeply

🌱 there will be masala chai and herbal teas to support you on your journey ☕️

*please bring a large cushion / pillow or bolster to support your body in restorative poses, and a mug/travel cup for tea. feel free to bring any cosy extras such as blankets, eye masks, cosy socks etc*
