Who is this clinic for?
This 2-hour intensive ski clinic is for female paddlers under 18 who have some experience on a ski and are ready to take their technical skills to the next level. Whether you're an advanced beginner or a developing paddler, this session offers the chance to refine your technique, ask mid-session questions, and gain valuable insight into the sport from an Australian representative sprint kayaker and ski paddler.

Led by Jenaya Massie, this clinic draws on her years of experience both on the water and in managing injuries, offering not just technical feedback but also practical, athlete-informed guidance. With her background in psychology and a warm, approachable style, Jenaya creates a supportive and empowering environment that fosters the growth of young girls in both skill and confidence. She understands the journey and is passionate about helping the next generation thrive.

• Dry Land Activation (Pre & Post) – Learn the importance of activating key muscle groups for injury prevention and performance.

• Pre-Race & Post-Race Skills – Learn warm-up, recovery, and routine strategies used by elite paddlers.

🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Please arrive by 9:45 AM sharp to be ready for a prompt start)
📍 Location: Glenelg North Beach (opposite side to the main surf club)
🔁 Backup Venue (if rough conditions): Patawalonga River – HBCC Canoe Club

What to Bring:

• Paddle & surf ski (or ocean ski)
• Hat
• Water bottle (with electrolytes)
• Sun protection (long-sleeved rashie, sunscreen, etc.)
• Towel
• Good attitude & listening ears
