Hike Name: Rattlesnake Peak
THIS IS A VERY STRENUOUS AND DIFFICULT HIKE!
Rattlesnake Peak has a distinction of being one of the most inaccessible peaks in the San Gabriels Mountains.

Distance: 11+ miles round trip
Total Elevation Gain: 4,100 feet.
Time: 8 to 9 hours round trip
Rating: very strenuous
Navigation: Difficult

REQUIRED: WATER. At least 3 Liters of water, comfortable hiking shoes and a few good snacks.
RECOMMENDED: An extra 2 liters of Gatorade or electrolyte-based drink should do. Bring extra food, sun screen protection, a hat, sun glasses, and bug repellent.
RECOMMENDED:
Electrolytes/Water - 3 liters water/2 liters of electrolytes
