(For both costumes and pumpkins)
DONT BE LATE!
REGISTRATION CLOSES PROMPTLY AT 12 NOON!
JUDGING: 12:00p.m -12:45ish
PARADE for ALL contestants 12:45
STORY TIME WITH Ms. Kelsey after the parade.
PRIZES AWARDED: After judging is complete (Between 1:30-2:30)
