Fall Gardening for Beginners – Free Class & Garden Center Tour (Glendale)

Discover how easy and rewarding gardening can be in the Valley of the Sun! This free 1-hour beginner-friendly class combines classroom learning with a guided tour of our garden center. You’ll explore seasonal plants, tools, and supplies while learning the basics of fall gardening in Metro Phoenix—including what to plant, how to prepare your soil, and simple tips for watering and care in our desert climate.

Whether you’re brand new to gardening or just looking for a refresher, this class will give you the knowledge and inspiration you need to get growing this fall.

No registration required. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis in our air-conditioned classroom.
