Come join us September 27th at Deep South Blooms, our organically maintained farm in Glen St. Mary, FL! Our Fig Tree Care Class is the perfect opportunity to get hands on learning with growing, propagation techniques, caring for and producing fig trees that produces results!

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned grower, our experienced growers will guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks along the way.

In this class we will be showing how to grow fruiting trees that will produce a nice reward of figs every year in North Florida. You will go home with one of our baby fig trees , along with printed care instructions to set you up for success!

During the class, you'll have access to an our tropical greenhouse and fruit & flower gardens. Learn how to prune, fertilize and grow amazing figs in your home garden!

Not only will you leave with a healthy tree, but you'll also gain valuable skills that you can use to continue growing healthy organic fruit at home. So, grab your friends and join us for a delightful day of gardening and laughter at the Fig Tree Care Class at Deep South Blooms in Glen St Mary, FL.

Tickets at the gate are $80, if available.

Info: We will be discussing varieties that perform well in our climate. Topics will include planting, fertilizing and tree care. Q&A will be open during the entire class.

Info: We will demonstrate & have hands-on practice propagating a fig tree that you can take home! Participants will be completing our class with information on various propagation methods, a new propagation to nurture at home & a young rooted fig tree.
