Weekly Sound Bath

Experience a rejuvenating sound bath every Thursday evening in a quaint creekside village, Jack London Village, in Glen Ellen.

Each session begins with gentle guided meditation & breathwork, then flows into a journey of sound with ocean drums, waterfall disc, native flutes, crystal bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, gongs, chimes & more.

Some of these sound baths will coincide with the full or new moon, weaving in simple moon rituals for release & intention setting.

This is more than relaxation, this is a ceremony of sound to restore body, mind, and spirit.
