BOARD GAME SOCIAL

The Games and Stuff Board Game Social is a monthly event where we invite board game enthusiasts to come share their passion for meeples and cardboard! Bring a friend, meet new ones, bring some games and revel in the hobby that we all share.

The BG Social is a casual event specifically created to nurture an easygoing board game hangout! We aim for a mellow gathering of like-minded folks who want to play their favorite games or find new ones in our game library. (But if you want to show up with a copy of Twilight Imperium we’re not gonna stop you. Everyone is welcome!)

What’s more, as a bonus, each month we’ll have a staff member on hand showing a board game that’s currently got the attention of people here at the store or out in the wide world.

This month’s game is CORVIDS!

Corvids is our inner mischievous bird. It is our chaos, our silliness, and our curiosity. Players get to flip about and mess up a pile of cards on their turn, either carelessly or strategically, to find what they need to score more points. Use your fingers or the 'beak' tweezers, and hunt down the nests of other players to maybe steal a card or two. You can pack a lot of planning into a small move.
