We’ll kick things off with a spread from Nates Bagels at 8:30am, then dive into an interactive session with Katie Roberts of Happy Shoulders LLC on improving your ergonomic health—perfect for anyone who spends hours at a desk.

Katie is the founder of Happy Shoulders Ergonomic Coaching and Consulting. She is a local who loves all things RVA, walks with her pup, and is always up for live music and a nice glass of wine! Her vision is for a future where service workers, creatives, caregivers, desk warriors, and hands-on professionals are empowered to care for their bodies without overhauling their lives. Through education, early intervention, and impactful solutions, Happy Shoulders aims to make musculoskeletal injuries less common - and aging less painful - for the people who keep the world moving.
