Active Relaxation: A Restorative Yoga Class

Active Relaxation is a restorative yoga class that will prioritize spinal alignment, core muscle activation, and relaxation. The goal is to prioritize the parasympathetic nervous system to help you feel relaxed and calm, but alert. The class is not "passive"; meaning it will require attention and intelligence in the poses. However, relaxation is prioritized over effort. All are welcome to the class.

Classes are being added the website www.rvaphysioyoga.com, where you will soon be able to register through the site.

All classes held at The Cultural Arts Center of Glen Allen

Cost: 120.00 for six weeks. Drop-ins welcome at 24.00 per class. All are welcome.
