Total Body Workout classes with Joy from Move N Motion. Only $10 per class

Get Fit with Joy Savage Move N Motion as our new resident fitness guru at Glastonbury Hall located only 15 minutes from Gympie Southside.

Only $10 per class.

- One hour total body workout.
- Adults of all ages and all levels.
- All welcome wherever you live!
- Bring your matt, water bottle and please wear sneakers (for better stability)

When
- Every Tuesday at 5:15pm
- Every Thursday at 7:30am

NOTE: No classes during Qld school holidays.
