My name is Catherine and I am a Menopause Wellness Practitioner; I am based from my therapy room in Butleigh, Somerset, where I specialise in women’s wellbeing.
I am looking to host Menopause Support Circles on the last Sunday of every month between 10:00 and 11:00.
The first Circle takes place on Sunday 22nd February, and is an opportunity to introduce yourself, share your menopause story if you wish to, and to explore what support you need to help tailor future sessions and best guide you through this stage of life; this first session is free of charge with sessions thereafter £5.
My aim is to create a safe space for up to six women to share their experiences, receive emotional support, to learn more about menopause and explore symptom management, to discuss what you’ve personally found helpful and what hasn’t worked so well, and to meet other women who acknowledge and understand the realities of this process.
Every session will end with a guided meditation to ground you for the remaining day ahead.
Circles are PAYG and you are welcome to attend as many or as little as you wish.
