Fierce Freedom: Advanced Somatic Emotional Release

An advanced somatic session to release trapped emotions and awaken your inner strength. Through powerful movement, breath, body keys with mantra, and emotional release practices, creating space for emotions like anger, grief, and sadness to move through the body. The class will be followed by a Reiki and Sound Healing session to integrate the release, restore balance, and anchor deep calm in your body and mind.
