〰️Wear comfortable clothes to be able to move freely.
〰️Avoid eating heavy foods at least 3 hours before the session. I recommend fruits and salads only prior and drinking plenty of fluids during the same day (avoid sugar coffee and other stimulants if you can). the lighter you go the better.
〰️Avoid consuming any type of drugs or alcohol 24-48 hours before the session
〰️ This practice is NOT suitable for people with heart problems schizophrenia epilepsy psychosis or who are more than 6 months pregnant (if you are experiencing any of these situations I do not recommend doing the session now you can enjoy it when it is your time)

QI GONG
This class will teach you how to energetically cleanse yourself ensuring you become a clear and open vessel for energy work. Just as you wouldn’t apply makeup to a sweaty face or expect a router to connect with a broken cable your body must be clear to connect with universal energies like cosmic downloads or Earth’s energy from Gaia.
You’ll learn how to prepare for practice by opening your energetic channels enhancing your sensitivity to energy and becoming more receptive. The class includes techniques to scan your body for energy blocks and work toward dissolving them. Through body movement visualisation and breathing exercises you’ll create a strong foundation for deeper energetic alignment.
