Sound healing Meditation (Sound bath) with beautiful live sounds of Singing Bowls and other healing instruments!

You'll be guided through a deeply relaxing and consciousness-expanding meditation while enjoying the live sounds of healing instruments. It's a beautiful and unique experience!

Note:

Please bring your own yoga mat (or extra blanket) blanket to cover up cushion - whatever you need to make yourself comfortable and warm during the Sound bath.

A Sound healing meditation is both powerful and a beautiful way to relax. The guided meditation & relaxation will help to put your body and mind at ease and activate your Soul's energy.

Then you can have more of a self-journey with the healing sounds assisting you with being more present and accompanying you on your explorations of the conscious and subconscious mind.

Since it's an evening session you can just get home and get yourself to bed straight away for an early night - you'll have an amazing sleep!!

This session will also help you to feel more powerful more present more at peace feel more naturally joyful balanced and centred.

Allow yourself to be immersed in sound = vibration = frequency = energy!
