Costs:
All vaccines (1 year Rabies, Distemper/Parvo/Lepto combo, Bordetella, FVRCP): $20 each
Microchip: $20 (or FREE with any other service)
Heartworm Test: $15
Nail Trim: $15
Rabies tags available for Peoria County residents ONLY. $18 for spayed/neutered animal, $36 for unaltered.

**IMPORTANT** We are now requiring a $10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per appointment upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total when you register at the clinic. We looked for ways around this but at past clinics we’ve had, we had over 20 no-shows and/or day-of cancellations. We have lost so many appointment spots because of this happening at every clinic, so this is what has to be done. Again, this deposit is non-refundable and will be considered a donation to our non-profit (the same as it is when you DO attend) if you do not show up.
*REMINDER* The fire house will NOT be able to answer any questions related to the clinic. We can't stress enough to please follow this event page and the bookstore page, for important information and to ask any questions.
Please make one appointment per pet. Choose the main service you need and then if you need others, make note of that in the "Services Needed" field of the registration form.
