Sourdough beginner class

I will provide you with a tea towel, Dutch bread whisk, long jar spatula and a 16oz mason jar with lid and some handouts.

I will also provide 15 grams of starter which we will feed during event. And 50 grams of starter that we will feed and start the process of making bread. You will finish the process at home.

You will need a digital kitchen scale that does grams. And a large bowl that holds at least 8 cups. You need to bring both to class. And you may want a kitchen apron or wear
Clothes you are comfortable getting flour on.

Cost is $20. Payable by 6/1 to reserve your spot.
