Transformational Breathwork is set to healing music from around the world. As you are guided through a variety of breath patterns and holds, the music and breath work together, quieting the thinking brain and allowing the subconscious mind to process without the chatter. You will go into a powerful, deep meditation with ease.
You’ll be guided on the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience, an active breathwork pattern that uses your breath to access non-ordinary states of consciousness, creating the opportunity for inner exploration and rest.
What is Breathwork? It is an ancient and incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological, and physical release.
How you breathe affects your whole body. Proper breathing can help you sleep, lower your blood pressure, improve your immune system and athletic performance while increasing your overall sense of happiness.
No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, a blanket and an open mind.
Registration is required as space is limited.
