In this INNER AWAKENING workshop, you’ll be guided through transformative breathwork to clear tension and awaken your energy. You’ll explore mantras and vocal toning, allowing vibration to melt away heaviness and re-tune your inner frequency to your innate healing capabilities.
Then, you’ll channel your experience into artful expression — painting, drawing, and creating from the heart — to integrate and anchor your healing into something tangible and beautiful.
No experience is needed — only a willingness to show up for yourself, and a willingness to allow yourself to receive the innate healing power that lies within.
