Halloween & Dia de Los Muertos

Social styles should include Swiung dancing and many of its variations - Lindy Hop Charlestone East Coast Swing and Single time swing OR Rock n Roll. 

Other local Studios may also display such styles as Cha Cha Cha Samba Rumba Kizomba and more. These are the American Latin Standard styles. Professional dancers & dance instructors may give performances or even lead short dance lessons for those who wish to learn or improve their moves.

In addition to the dance performances and lessons the event will feature music with a lively mix of Latin beats with a blend of modern hits. The music is carefully selected to keep the crowd engaged and on their feet ensuring a night filled with excitement and enjoyment.

Alongside the dancing and music the event often includes various cultural activities and rituals associated with Dia De Los Muertos. This will include face painting stations where attendees can get their faces painted with traditional sugar skull designs as well as opportunities to create and add offerings to the community altar in memory of departed loved ones.
