In this workshop, we’ll break down what the core actually is, how it functions during real-life and athletic movement, and how to train it effectively—without endless crunches or wasted effort.
You’ll learn how to:
-Build usable core strength that supports your workouts and daily movement
-Choose exercises that align with your goals
-Protect your back while getting stronger
The workshop includes hands-on coaching and guided movement, so you’ll leave with practical tools and exercises you can immediately apply to your training.

This workshop will be lead by Kfir “K” Meshulam (B.S., NASM-PT, ACSM-EP, PPSC), and is free for Envision Health and Fitness members.
