Arrival cars to gather in order from 4:40pm please use Gladstone Marina carpark area behind the stage (Marina Parkland A / Palm Point)

Family and friends to gather along Goondoon Street in front of Lightbox Espresso & Wine Bar and Gladstone City Library – road closures in place, parking available at GECC or council
parking along Central Lane

From 5pm - GECC Arrival (Pre Formal)
Family and friends welcome within GECC foyer
Photo opportunities

From 6pm (Formal)
Doors to the Ballroom open for attending students and staff to enter
Non-attendees leave the GECC

Formal concludes 10.30pm
Students must organise their own transport from GECC.
