⭐Do not start swapping or hovering over other tables until after I do announcements even if it is a pre-arranged trade. Give everyone time to set up.

⭐Bring items of YOUR choice (ANYTHING GARDEN RELATED) to trade/share with other members.
⭐Members are NOT required to trade their items for yours. Please no squabbling over declined offers.
*We want this to be a fun event!!! I know some are just starting out and may not have much and others have a great deal. Please keep this in mind when someone prepossess a trade.
⭐Do not take items from a table unless the table owner has said it is okay!
⭐Items placed under tables are OFF LIMITS!!
⭐PLEASE LABEL what you bring!
⭐YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for what you bring - CHILDREN, tables, chairs, food, etc.!!

To this box you can ADD any seeds you no longer want or have an excessive amount of.
THEY MUST BE LABELED AND CONTAINED! NO LOSE OR UNLABELED SEEDS!!!!
From this box you can take what you like. We only ask that you don't take advantage of it. There are baggies, paper, and pens available (so you can take some and leave some from the larger quantity shares.)

GENERAL SWAP ITINERARY:
Arrive between 12:pm-12:45pm.
Find the sign in table to get a name tag, a ticket, and sign the guest book.
☆☆☆Only persons over 18☆☆☆ will be given a ticket!
You can donate for extra tickets!
Donate a door prize for an extra ticket OR you can donate financially $1 = 1 ticket/$5= 6 tickets
Donations ARE NOT REQUIRED but always appreciated! 100% of donations go towards ETPS - signs, banners, name tags, park rentals, etc.
DON'T LOSE YOUR TICKETS! Lost tickets will NOT be replaced!
Set up your space on your table (or whomever is sharing with you.)
*If you have tables to set up your area on, please bring them.
If you have extra space/extra tables please be willing to share.
If you have chairs to sit on, please bring them.

If you finish, offer to help someone that looks like they need help!

Suggested items to bring aside from plants and seeds for swapping:
*I would suggest that you make a list of what you have AND a list of what you are looking for
* plastic bottles of various sizes for clippings offered
* boxes of various sizes to hold your treasures
* envelopes for your seed collections
* a permanent marker and a pen for labeling/instructions
* gloves
* small gardening shovels
* "Wal-Mart" bags (again you just never know lol)

Q:What can I bring to swaps?
A: ANYTHING that can be considered "Garden Related"
Q: I don't have trades. Can I purchase stuff?
A: No monetary exchanges are allowed!!
Even with NO TRADES, we still encourage you to come. There are other ways you can contribute. Offer to carpool someone who does have trades, offer to bring tables or chairs.
It's a great opportunity to meet members, share information, and have a good time.
Q: Can I bring a friend?
A:YES!!!🙂
