About the event

Holiday Destressor Yoga Class 1 [FULL]

Join Amanda for a calm and soothing yoga class to destress before the holidays! This class will be candlelit and feature soft instrumental Christmas music. Essential oils will be diffused and offered during savasana. Hands on assists will be given to those that want to partake.

The cost for this class is $15. Pre registration is required as space is limited.paent can be made to and registration completed by DMing or emailing.

The class will be held upstairs at the DAM fitness center @ 59 Beacon Street
