Roots and Reflections

Roots and Reflections is a monthly self-discovery circle, inspired by the Compassionate Inquiry approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. Together, we create a safe and honest space to explore the emotional patterns, beliefs, and stories that shape who we are — without judgment, pressure, or needing to “fix” anything.Each month, we’ll gather to explore one theme through open conversation, guided reflection, and honest sharing. It’s not therapy, but it can be deeply healing. Everyone is welcome — come as you are.
