Girvan Christmas Market, Children's Story Reading and Activities

We are delighted to have Gretta Yorke at this year's Christmas Market. Greta is an award winning Scottish author who primarily writes for children and has won awards for her work in children's stories and poetry. A former primary school teacher, she began her writing career in retirement and often performs readings of her stories in schools and libraries. Her published works include: Witch Hitch: An award-winning story about a witch, which was her first published book, illustrated by Maggie Bolton. The Woo in the Wild Woods, Tartan Witch and Elbo the Elf: A story about one of Santa's elves who spends too much time playing electronic games.
