This Birth Talk will be hosted by Anacani Walters; a nurse-turned-yoga instructor, women’s wellness advocate, and matrescence guide living here in Okinawa. Through My Yoga Magic, she supports women in navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood with mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement. A certified prenatal and toddler yoga teacher, she blends her 20+ years in healthcare with her passion for holistic practices to empower women through life’s biggest transitions.
