At LOVEHER, we blend goal-setting with fitness in a way that empowers and energizes. Our event begins with a focused intention-setting session where you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your personal and fitness goals for the upcoming month. Whether you’re aiming for personal growth, or a new fitness challenge, this is your time to set clear, actionable intentions.

Following our intention-setting circle, we’ll lace up our running shoes and hit the pavement together. This group run is more than just a workout—it’s a chance to connect with like-minded women, share inspiration, and support each other’s journeys.

What to Expect:

• Intention-Setting Circle: Guided reflection and goal-setting for the next four weeks.
• Group Run/Jog: A motivating run/jog with varying paces to suit ALL fitness levels.
• Community Connection: Build friendships and find support in a positive, encouraging environment.

Bring your enthusiasm, a notebook for setting your intentions, and your running gear. Let’s set our sights on new goals and take strides together toward achieving them!
