During this sacred session, you will be gently guided into a state of complete relaxation. The healing tones of the crystal singing bowls work on a cellular level, helping to release stagnant energy, balance the chakras, and bring your body and mind back into harmony. The deep, resonant sound of the gong creates powerful waves that wash over you, melting away tension and encouraging a profound sense of peace.
