Teen Technology Scene - Come Build a Robot!

🚀 Teen Technology Scene: Build a Robot with Us! 🤖

Are you in 8th–12th grade and interested in robotics? Join us for the Teen Technology Scene, a grant-funded opportunity where you’ll dive into hands-on robotics at Area 59!

Over three weeks (six sessions), you’ll work with an advisor to build a MakeBlock 10-in-1 robot step by step. Once everyone’s ‘bot is complete, you’ll explore how it works, learn what makes it move, sense, and react — and maybe even reconfigure your robot into something new. Robots will belong to Area 59 when the class is over.

No experience? No problem! You’ll learn as you go in this creative, supportive environment.

Class meetings: November 12, 14, 19, 21, and December 3 and 5, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM

No fee, but registration is required!
